>Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United States only. 

>How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process it for delivery, and then takes 7-14 days to reach your doorstep.
* PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS PLACED DURING PROMOTION AND HOLIDAY PERIODS MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

>What is your return policy?
We deeply value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. To check our return policy, please review our shipping policy.

>Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

>Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

>What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact our customer service department immediately at mhbbeautysupply@gmail.com
 Please be sure to include the corrected address along with your order number and your full name. If your order has not shipped yet, we will gladly change it for you. Unfortunately, we may not be responsible for any items that are already shipped to given incorrect address. We apologize for any inconvenience.

>Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order.

>Do you ship to Postal Office Boxes?
Absolutely! We ship to Post Office Boxes via USPS.

>How can I check status of my order?
*Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm to you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
You can also check your order status at the bottom of the website by clicking "Track your order".

>My Tracking information is not working. What should I do?
Please go to United States Postal Service and enter your tracking information. Please note that it may take from 24-48 business hours for tracking information to get updated. (This includes errors such as: "Tracking information could not be found" , "USPS was electronically notified" and etc. )

>What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We offer additional methods using PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Please Note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders or Western Union.
